00:00A live-in partner who was arrested in Quezon City was jailed for stealing a system unit of a computer that is worth more than Php 100,000.

00:16And that's what James Agustin is talking about.

00:19He was found on the second floor of an establishment on FPJ Avenue in Quezon City.

00:25A man seemed to be looking for something.

00:27Later on, he looked for the system unit of a computer.

00:30Before he could find it, the man was caught by the CCTV camera.

00:34And his accomplice was arrested by the police.

00:39According to the police, the owner of the system unit was arrested early in the morning.

00:42He was found without a padlock on the door.

00:44They discovered that when they entered the establishment early in the morning,

00:49they found that there were items missing, particularly parts of their machinery.

00:55In a hot pursuit operation by the police, a live-in partner was arrested on Araneta Avenue.

01:00The stolen items were recovered, including the system unit and some parts of the printing machine.

01:07These items are worth Php 123,000.

01:11We were able to recover CCTV recordings where we were able to identify the suspect.

01:18The man was jailed for the fourth time.

01:21He was previously involved in two incidents of theft and drug-related cases.
