00:05principle of change in this area and my views haven't changed on that. I also recognise that
00:12there is a complex debate that will be taking place in Parliament on the details making sure
00:17that safeguards in legislation are right and I'll be following that debate. My views haven't changed
00:23in terms of the principle of the need for reforms compared to I think more than 20 years ago when I
00:28first voted on this issue but I do also recognise that there is a complex debate to be had about
00:34safeguards about the detail of legislation and it's important that that debate takes place
00:40over the next week.
