00:00A'udhu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Rajeem, Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, alhamdulillahi wahda wa
00:20salatu was salamu alham malla nabiyya ba'dah, wa ala kulli man sahibahu wa tabi'ahu bi
00:28ahsanin ba'dah, Allahumma salli ala Sayyidina wa Mawlana Muhammadin wa ala alihi wa sahbihi
00:37wa barik wa sallim.
00:39Muhtaram Nazeem wa Samaeen, viewers and listeners, Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.
00:48Viewers, in the modern age, medical research says that our heart supplies blood to the
00:56entire body. But because the brain is above the heart, the blood does not reach the brain
01:09with the pressure of the heart. And this weakness of the brain sometimes leads to depression.
01:19If a person comes in such a position once a day that his brain is below his heart,
01:31then his brain will be refreshed as much as possible. He will be strong.
01:41And due to depression and mental weakness, he will be safe as much as possible.
01:49Viewers, we have told you that if the brain is below the heart, then the pressure will reach the brain properly.
02:08Generally, the brain is above the heart. But there is a position in which the brain is below the heart.
02:18What is that position, viewers? That position is that if you see, if you prostrate here,
02:26then consider that the brain comes up and the heart comes down.
02:34This is the position in which the brain is refreshed with the right pressure and blood is supplied.
02:42Viewers, a Muslim, Alhamdulillah, comes in this position five times a day.
02:53And I read a research that a non-Muslim said this.
02:57In particular, he said that there is a time in the day when a Muslim is in a state of prostration.
03:05If he goes in this state, then his brain remains powerful and his heart remains powerful.
03:14Viewers, that time is the time of Fajr prayer.
03:18So, we Muslims, Alhamdulillah, pray five times a day and prostrate twice in every rakat.
03:27So, we prostrate many times like this.
03:30And many times, viewers, the brain comes down from the heart and the heart comes up.
03:41So, if you see, if you prostrate like this, then the heart is in this position.
03:46If you prostrate, then the heart will come up and the brain will come down.
03:50Similarly, if the brain is up, then the right pressure does not reach.
03:53So, many times you practice this, Muslims, for the sake of Allah's pleasure.
03:58But you see that there is spiritual benefit as well.
04:01That Allah the Almighty is pleased.
04:03The best condition that Allah the Almighty likes is the state of prostration of a Muslim.
04:09So, he does it many times.
04:11So, spiritually, he gets the benefit that Allah the Almighty's pleasure reaches him.
04:15And his worldly existence remains healthy.
04:19His heart, his brain remains healthy.
04:22May Allah the Almighty grant us the ability to prostrate again and again.
04:26Let's go, dear viewers, to today's lesson.

16:53This is for the distant.
16:56So, for the distant,
16:58when the plural is used,
17:00it will be called Ulaika.
17:02And similarly,
17:03when the plural is used,
17:05it will be called Ulaika.
17:07So, this means that
17:09any of these can be used.
17:11Those who are in it,
17:13for the plural,
17:14it means those who are.
17:16The Lord says,

17:42Wahid is the plural.
17:44When the plural is connected,
17:46it is sometimes Hu.
17:48And when it is separated,
17:50it is in the form of Hua.
17:52Hua or Him,
17:53it means they are all.
17:55Any of these can be used.
17:57Qa is the plural.
17:59When the plural is connected,
18:01it is in the form of Qa.
18:03When it is separated,

18:24Aqrab,
18:25it is the plural.
18:27The plural is the noun
18:29in which the meaning is
18:31more than the other.
18:33So, close, close.
18:34Aqrab, very close.
18:35After this, Rahmat.
18:36Rahmat means mercy.
18:37This is also usually used in Urdu.

18:52one torment.
18:53Aqriba,
18:54many torments.
18:55And, dear viewers,
18:56when we say the torment of the Lord,
18:58it is the torment that Allah has prepared
19:00for His disobedient.
19:01This is also usually used in Urdu.
19:03After this,
19:04Mahzora,
19:05it is on the weight of the active.
19:07It means
19:08from whom you have been frightened.

19:15and you are frightened,
19:16then it will be Mahzora.
19:18It means
19:19from whom you are frightened.
19:20After this,
19:21let's go to the meaning of the words.
19:25It means
19:26they call,
19:27or they will call.
19:28Here,
19:29it means

24:11The way you hear or read in Fardh Namaz.
24:15Those who call and seek the means to their Lord,
24:26which is nearer, and hope for His mercy,
24:33and fear the torment.
24:37Only the torment of your Lord is forbidden.
24:45I believe in Allah. Allah is the Greatest.
24:48With the completion of the recitation,
24:50the first segment of this program has been completed.
24:53Let's go to the second segment.
24:55Tafheem-ul-Qur'an.
24:56First of all, let's go to the translation.
25:01Those who call and seek the means to their Lord,
25:12which is nearer, and hope for His mercy,
25:21and fear the torment.
25:25Only the torment of your Lord is forbidden.
25:32Let's go to the translation.
25:36Those who call and seek the means to their Lord,
25:45which is nearer, and hope for His mercy,
25:51and fear the torment.
25:54Only the torment of your Lord is forbidden.
26:01Those people whom the polytheists worship,
26:05they themselves seek the nearest means to their Lord.
26:11They hope for His mercy,
26:13and fear the torment.
26:16Only the torment of your Lord is forbidden.
26:21Ladies and gentlemen,
26:22this was an easy understanding of the translation.
26:25Now let's go to the commentary.
26:27We are presenting the commentary today,
26:30from verse 49 to 52.
26:34In verse 49, Allah says,
26:42And they said,
26:49When we become bones,
26:52and become flesh,
26:54then we will be made to stand.
26:58Say, Be you a stone or iron,
27:03or a creature that is too hard in your thought.
27:09They will say, Who will create us again?
27:15Say, The One who created you the first time.
27:21They will nod their heads and say,
27:27When will this be?
27:31Say, What a wonder that you have reached that time.
27:35On the Day when He will call you,
27:37you will respond with praise of Him,
27:39and you will think that you have remained but a little while.
27:51Ladies and gentlemen,
27:52this is from verse 49 to 52.
27:56First of all, after death,
27:59then to rise again,
28:01the evidence that Allah has given for this,
28:04the ability to come out of the graves,
28:06and then the confirmation of your prophethood.
28:09There are four important topics in the Quran.
28:12The oneness of Allah,
28:14the message of the Messenger of Allah,
28:17the resurrection,
28:18and after death,
28:19to rise again,
28:20and the destiny.
28:21In the message,
28:22to consider the Master as the last Prophet,
28:24to consider him as our Prophet and Messenger,
28:26and to have faith in the previous Prophets and the Messenger of Allah.
28:32But the Shariah of the Master has abrogated all the Shariah.
28:36So, the oneness of Allah,
28:38the message of the Messenger of Allah,
28:40the resurrection,
28:41and after death,
28:42to rise again,
28:43and the destiny.
28:44Ladies and gentlemen,
28:45these are the four important topics,
28:47which can be seen in verses 41 to 44.
28:50It is the statement of oneness.
28:52You can say,
28:53if there were more worshippers with Allah,
28:55as they say,
28:56they would have found a way to the Throne.
28:59Then, verses 45 to 48,
29:02it is the statement of Prophethood.
29:03It is said,
29:04when you recite the Quran,
