00:17Marcos thanked Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto.
00:20Veloso, now 39, was arrested, tried, and sentenced to death in 2010 for trying to bring 2.6 kilograms
00:27of heroin into Indonesia.
00:29Veloso was duped into carrying a suitcase lined with drugs.
00:32Marcos notes, Veloso remains a victim of her circumstances.
00:36But once Veloso is brought back home, Foreign Undersecretary for Migration Eduardo de Vegas says,
00:41"...when she gets here, she will not immediately be released.
00:46It means we will commit to detain her until such time that we've mutual agreement that
00:55she could be given clemency.
00:59But at least she would be here."
