00:21In July this year, Andrea finished her college.

00:24As part of her job hunting,

00:26she got the PhilHealth membership of Tunghonyo.

00:31But Andrea was surprised that she already had a huge debt in PhilHealth.

00:35I have a debt of P22,000.

00:38Since 2019 up to now, it hasn't decreased.

00:42PhilHealth even broke the record that Andrea became a member in 2014.

00:47In that year, I was only 12 years old.

00:50I know that I don't have an existing account yet

00:53that's why I volunteered this year.

00:56While still unemployed, Andrea clarified the issue in PhilHealth.

01:17she became a member in 2014.

01:23Through her enrollment as an indigent,

01:27based on the list provided by DSWD,

01:32because DSWD has a program regarding the enrollment of minors as indigent.
