00:11director-general of the Philippine Information Agency, Joe Torres, vows to fulfill its task

00:18Definitely, there will be no red-tagging, there will be no labeling.
00:23Torres says Marcos directed the task force to engage and to closely coordinate and work
00:27with the Kapisana ng mga Broadcaster ng Pilipinas, the National Press Club of the Philippines,
00:32and the National Union of Journalists in the Philippines.
00:35He also says that the president was very specific about focusing on local media, who are experiencing
00:40danger because of political issues.
00:43Torres hopes to have dialogue between the media and the National Task Force to End Local
00:47Communist Armed Conflict, or NTF-LCAC, and the security sector.
