00:00What is the Giordano dell'Amore Social Venture?
00:04The Giordano dell'Amore Social Venture Foundation has been committed since 2017,
00:09since its inception, to develop the Impact Investing ecosystem in our country.
00:15It does this with a series of activities that include investment activities,
00:20advisory and capacity building.
00:22In recent years, we have invested in more than 50 initiatives, both directly and indirectly.
00:27We have also accompanied more than 150 startups in the path of acceleration and incubation.
00:34A distinctive feature of our activity has been the innovation and experimentation
00:39of new forms of support for the social economy.
00:43I will mention just a couple of them.
00:44The Inca Sheri Magrimen, which is an innovative form of support for high-specialization training,
00:51which beneficiaries can then return after having reached a minimum retribution.
00:59And also the Impact Grants, which are a bridge, a hybrid vehicle between equity and grants,
01:05for which the initial investment in capital is transformed into a lost-fund grant,
01:12where certain objectives and KPIs were achieved.
01:16So this innovation continues and today we are presenting our new vehicle.
