Lucifer is a fantasy-drama series based on a DC Comics character created by Neil Gaiman, Sam Kieth, and Mike Dringenberg, introduced in The Sandman comic series. The show follows Lucifer Morningstar (played by Tom Ellis), the Devil, who abandons his throne in Hell and moves to Los Angeles. He opens a nightclub called Lux and begins helping the LAPD solve crimes using his unique ability to compel people to reveal their deepest desires.
