00:00What's up everyone, Luke here from the Maximum Football team with an update regarding, well,
00:06our first game update.
00:07It's been a week since we launched Maximum Football on Steam Early Access and we've
00:11gotten hundreds of comments with feedback and suggestions for improvements.
00:16We have been logging all of this feedback and prioritizing the fixes that the community
00:19wants to see the most.
00:21We will be releasing an update on Tuesday around midday Eastern Standard Time.
00:27This update is going to address several of the biggest concerns flagged by our players
00:31over the last week.
00:32First, winners never quit and now quitters never win.
00:37Next Tuesday we will be introducing a fix for our issue with rage quitters and disconnects.
00:41If someone leaves a game early, the person who remains will receive the win and the person
00:46who leaves won't get anything, even the second place rewards that are awarded after
00:51a loss.
00:52We will also be issuing a number of fixes to address on-field gameplay issues, including
00:58some adjustments to the much discussed passing and catching mechanics in the game.
01:03Matchmaking, connectivity, and online and offline stability issues are also being addressed.
01:08This will result in quicker queues, more stable matches, less disconnects, and fewer game
01:13crashes across game modes.
01:16This is the first step of many we are taking to address feedback that you, the community,
01:20have given us.
01:22Next Tuesday, when the patch releases, we will have full notes outlining the specific
01:26fixes.
01:27Thanks for sticking with us and we will see you on the Gridiron!
