00:38Can you experience the pleasure contained in conquering yourself?
00:43That's called joy.
00:44Therefore, your role models must not be the ones who claim they have conquered the world.
00:50Rather, look at the ones who did not allow the world to mean too much to them.
00:56That's called conquering oneself.
