00:49But the impact is not only economic but also social, so uniting communities certainly leads to
00:59a lot of sharing and a lot of social inclusion.
01:01Today we are here precisely to reinforce these messages, to confront with the institutions
01:07the presence of great relief, from Minister Urso to the many sub-secretaries present,
01:15to agriculture, to the third sector, to the interior, now it will come to the social economy,
01:23therefore to MEF, this certainly leads in our activities to a great desire to build
01:32even more and better for the future.
01:35We need to tighten these relations more and more, both on a local basis, and we do it
01:41very well thanks to the relations with ANCI, we have the presence of President Vicario Roberto Pella,
01:48but we do it to also create solid relations that can build relations that generate
01:59more and more that territorial animation.
02:02A very important fact, the perception that there is today of the proloques and the work of the proloques,
02:099 out of 10 Italians consider very important, or quite important, the role we have in the
02:17valorization, in the protection of the Italian cultural heritage.
02:22So I think this is a fact, among other things, certified by CENSIS, that for us really gives us
02:30an extra strength, because we really manage to be indispensable.
02:38I believe that if tomorrow morning the proloques stopped operating, Italy would be extinguished.
02:45Well, in the meantime, of course, economic support, that never ends.
02:51After that, there are many aspects that are being worked on, obviously those related to security,
02:58we talked about it today, we have an important bill proposal to the Senate that we have been asking for
03:05for a long time, this means that our meetings, our demonstrations are much more narrow,
03:14we organize about 110,000.
03:17Consider that for each event we need a security plan, an activity of security, of safety,
03:26that sometimes weigh down from an economic point of view, sometimes they also create
03:33breaks in the system that also prevent us from doing our job.
03:39After that, there are other aspects such as, in this specific case, the issue of IVA,
03:45which at the moment is a little worrying the whole world of the third sector,
03:50we will talk about it with important actors, our consultant Gabriele Sepio,
03:57but also with the director of the Ministry of Labour, precisely to try to ensure our associations
04:06a little that management of economic character and the will to want to do the good of others,
04:17not having to pay to do good.
04:19On the immaterial heritage, we have had a very important commission from the government,
04:26we are spending on this, our top project, we will really collect everything we have in each territory,
04:38on our part there is an important role because we are present in 6,360 locations,
04:48this operation will obviously lead to the collection of over 200,000 elements of the heritage,
04:56on a project that is the first that is made by a state in the world of this nature,
05:03obviously it will represent a great showcase for the territories,
05:10but it will also preserve a great heritage that we will carry for the future.
