00:00Good afternoon, Katanduanes is now monitoring where the Super Typhoon Pepito could landfall.

00:07The sea level is already high there, and even in some places in Bicol,

00:27This is a taste of a storm surge while the Super Typhoon Pepito is approaching.

00:55The heavy rain in Katanduanes is already experiencing,
