SAY HELLO to the world’s most expensive mobile home vehicle – which is over $3 million in valuation. The ‘Marchi Element’ RV has been created to hit the open road for an adventure, without having to compromise on luxury. Mario Marchi is president of Marchi Mobile, a company which makes extravagant, innovative vehicles. Mario told R.Rides: “Our philosophy by building our vehicles is the freedom to make the impossible possible.” This special vehicle allows you to enjoy the privacy that travelling in a mobile home provides but can also be used for bigger social events. Mario explained the mechanics behind the vehicle. “The original design comes from Luigi Colani, who is a world famous automotive industrial designer. His original idea was to use biologic forms out of nature.” Every part of this RV has been thought through to make it a comfortable ride on the road. Mario said that in the latest version they had to redesign the front grill: “we needed a lot of air intake for the engine. We also decided to choose an automatic sliding door as an entrance.” This ultimate ride doesn't come cheap, available in a whole host of custom options, ‘The Element’ will set you back over $3 million, making it the world's most expensive mobile home. For Mario, this is worth it for the incredible driving experience. “The view out of the cockpit is incomparable to any other vehicle. The driving is outstanding; you are like the captain on the road.”

00:0001.04 Our philosophy by building our vehicles is
00:09the freedom to make the impossible possible.
00:19If you want to hit the open road, but can't forgo luxury, this could be the vehicle for
00:25you.
00:26for enthusiasts which are more for the extraordinary taste. With this eye-catching
00:34design you have a very, very special vehicle which you can use either for
00:38private purposes as an RV, as a mobile home, but also as a VIP coach, even for
00:44hospitality and event activities. The original design comes from Luigi Colani
00:52who is a world-famous automotive industrial designer. His original idea
00:58was to use biologic forms out of the nature. We are actually very proud on our
01:05aerodynamic design because this allows us to have the best track coefficiency
01:11currently available for a street-legal truck. And we save at least 20% fuel
01:19compared to the standard OEMs. One of our main focuses was to combine different
01:26characters out of the aviation, of the boating and finally from the motorsport.
01:34This is how all begins. We are standing in front of a stock chassis for an
01:40Element Palazzo Superior. The heart of this 28-tonne king of the road is a 600
01:47horsepower Volvo six-cylinder inline engine. This chassis is already extended to
01:53the desired total length of 45 feet. We adapted already our additional air
02:00suspension for the main body, so step-by-step it becomes a luxury Element
02:07vehicle. At the latest version we had to redesign the front grille because we need
02:13a lot of air intake for the engine. Also we decided to choose an automatic sliding
02:21door as an entrance. And once in the cab the top spec continues. To build in a
02:29very high specific level of quality you need a very carefully selected choice of
02:36materials and components. We offer two different models. The Element which has
02:44a fully integrated cabin with the body connected, directly connected, which is
02:50then mainly used as a mobile home. We also offer the same futuristic cab to
02:56haul semi-trailers, usually used for transportation of any kind of goods.
03:04It takes eight months to build our Element vehicle. And this ultimate RV
03:09doesn't come cheap. Available in a whole host of custom options, the Element will
03:18set you back a cool three million dollars, making this the world's most
03:24expensive mobile home. The view out of the cockpit is incomparable to any other
03:32vehicle. You drive it, it is outstanding. You're like the captain on the road. You
03:37feel like flying. It's just fun. It's definitely outstanding and unique. We are
03:44very proud.
