00:05But if you really think about how indicative that is of where we all are at this stage,

00:11I believe, as women, I never had a say, right? I have grown into finding my own agency. That's

00:17what I teach my girls. But having that voice, standing in my full self, as kumbaya as that

00:24sounds, that is what is happening within the brand. So when my formulator calls me and asks

00:30me a question and I have very clear, specific, I don't have to look over my shoulder and say,

00:35can I say this? Or, you know, that feeling that we as women ask for permission. You know,

00:41there is this, I don't have to ask for permission to anybody. I ask for advice. I ask for information.

00:47I ask for their expertise. And I surround myself with experts in their field.

00:54Therefore, I can have my opinion and then I can get more educated.
