00:28Six thousand delegates from all over the country gather for three days in Caracas, representing
00:36the five generations and seven social forces that form the historic bloc.
00:42They arrive as spokespersons for their organizations after more than 100,000 assemblies, with the
00:49participation of nearly 3,600,000 Venezuelans.
00:56We come to comply with the legacy of our Commander Chavez, to comply with the true transformation
01:01of the Bolivarian Revolution and of the homeland, to achieve that the popular power is empowered
01:07even more, and to build the communal state, attention to all the services, to make the
01:12transformation that transverse the integral development of the nation.
01:18It is a process of true democracy.
01:20What is sought in this process is a great reflection and awareness of what has been
01:23the historical role of the Bolivarian Revolution since the arrival of Chavez.
01:28With this process, we seek the battle for peace, the fight against fascism, to stop
01:32this fascism, and every day to achieve more participation of the sovereign people in all
01:36the conquests of the independent people.
01:40In this first day of meeting, it was the moment to give historical context and thanks to the
01:45Congress to evaluate work methodologies and the reasons behind the debates.
01:54These assemblies, more than 100,000 assemblies, have allowed us to have the tools to set the
02:00course for the Venezuela of the future.
02:04With our five generations, with our seven forces, consolidated as one fist, as a single
02:11force to defend Venezuela, and President Maduro has asked us to have three concrete

02:26agenda of action of the seven transformations.
02:31There are seven working tables, and each one corresponds to the transformations proposed
02:37by President Maduro.
02:39Some are dedicated to social welfare, others to ecology and defense of the environment,
02:45geopolitics, citizen security, infrastructure and even economy.
