00:00It's not about me, okay? It's not about me because I would not be here if it were not for the people who helped me when I was starting out to get to where I am right now.
00:11I'm a filmmaker. I'm a producer. I'm also a writer. I'm a teacher. In other words, I'm like the Hydra with so many heads.
00:31But more than anything else, I'd like to see myself as an educator because a filmmaker is an educator. A writer is an educator.
00:41And now, I am the chairman and the CEO of the Film Development Council of the Philippines, and I'd like to see this position as another platform for education.
00:52Number one, it's not how popular you are. Number two, it's not how much money you have in the bank. Number three, it's not the brand of clothes that you wear. It's how you affect people's lives that you will be remembered.
