00:00Hi everyone, so here is the Spudsy Spud that Tati Lady will be serving Thursday, Friday,
00:07Saturday as part of the Spud Bros Spud-a-thon for children in need.
00:12Let's have a go at making it.
00:13So obviously we need some butter.
00:17I'm using low-fat because that's all I've got in my fridge at the minute.
00:21Some pepper and some salt.
00:27Key ingredient to any jacket satay, cheese.
00:32Loads of cheese on the bottom always.
00:36I think I've gone a bit mad on the cheese but never mind.
00:40So on goes the beans.
00:46Plenty of beans because we don't skimp on portions.
00:50Then on top of that some crispy onions.
00:54Next ingredient is something I've never thought to use before and I'm not going to lie.
00:59I stole it off Jacket Potato Lady in Portsmouth, she gave me the idea.

01:05So what's going on top of our Spudsy Spud next?
01:09Nacho cheese sauce.
01:12Wow, look at that.
01:14The next thing, because it's children in need, we need to add a bit of colour.
01:18So we've got blue mayonnaise and I've got pink.
01:21And I've got pink.
01:22I want a green but they didn't have any green food colouring.
01:25So anyway, a bit of colour, a bit of pink, a bit of blue, a bit of pink.
01:34And that is going to be our Spudsy Spud.
01:38Tomorrow, Friday and Saturday.
01:40£8 and all proceeds will go to Children in Need.
01:45Good evening everyone.
01:46So as you know it's Children in Need on Friday
01:49and you may have seen that I shared the Spud Bros post the other day
01:52about the 30 hour Spudathon that they're doing for Children in Need.
01:57So basically they're going to be selling Jacket Potatoes for a solid 30 hours non-stop.
02:03They're also going to be selling the Spudsy Spud,
02:06which they have asked Jacket Potato vans across the UK to get involved in.
02:10And I'm really pleased to say that we're getting involved at Tater Lady.
02:14So unfortunately we're unable to do the 30 hour Spudathon.
02:18We just haven't got the capacity to do it or the staff.
02:21And I just don't think we have the people either.
02:24But we will be selling the Spudsy Spud on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
02:30The Spudsy Spud is going to be £8.
02:33I will put a video on later about what our Spudsy Spud is going to be.
02:36But yeah, it's going to be £8 and all the money that is raised for that
02:41will be going to Children in Need.
02:43So the other people taking part in this is my lovely friend,
02:46Jacket Potato Lady in Portsmouth.
02:49Smokey, he's actually going to Preston to volunteer to do the night shift
02:54with Spud Mum on Spud Bro's van.
02:56And we've got Tatty Tim, Spudbox.
02:59Oh, I'm just trying to think who else is getting involved.
03:01I'm really sorry if I've missed anyone.
03:03But yeah, it should be really good.
03:04So the more money we can raise for this brilliant cause, the better.
