01:39According to the MMDA, the Metro Manila Council will issue a new ordinance for the entire Metro Manila before the expected Christmas rush.

01:50Meanwhile, other motorists said that apart from the human reserve parking,

01:55there should also be a fine for the owners of the vehicles that put grass or plants in the driveway to be the path of their vehicles.
