00:00The government will not stop the International Criminal Court from investigating the Duterte War on Drugs.

00:08Ivan Myrina has a report.

00:13The former president of Duterte said in a Quad Committee hearing yesterday.

00:17I'm asking the ICC to hurry up and if possible they can come here and start the investigation tomorrow.

00:29But he also said in the hearing.

00:31The problem is that there is no jurisdiction.

00:40President Marcos insisted that the ICC will not help his government. But...

00:45We will not stop the ICC.

01:36According to the ICC, they are pointing out what's happening in the Philippines.

01:40The Quad Committee believes that the results of yesterday's hearing are good

01:44because of the confession of Duterte and other important information they found.
