00:00Yeah, if you lose by two goals, you're going to be a little disappointed, especially when
00:10you had it tied up there after 40 minutes, but I liked our push back.
00:14I liked the way we came back from two goals during the second period there.
00:16It shows that we can create offense against this team and gives us some optimism going
00:22into the next week that, you know, we're only a couple shots away from getting right back
00:26in this 120-meter hockey game, so really good team.
00:31You know, they took advantage of some mistakes that we made that cost us tonight, and that's
00:35the reality of this business.
00:36If you're not dialed with the details, teams like that are going to hurt you.
00:41Were they everything what you expected, and perhaps a bit more?
00:44Yeah, we knew that they were going to come in and play very aggressive, they're deep
00:48pinch on everything.
00:49You've got to get to your spots and get pucks past those deep.
00:53You know, we were a little bit late at times in those decisions, and, you know, you give
00:58that type of team second chance opportunities or counter opportunities, odd man rushes,
01:03you know, they're just too good, you know, to make a pick.
01:07Given the way you've performed in this competition as a team, which I know everyone's been incredibly
01:11impressed with, you're not ruling yourselves out of anything, are you?
01:14Hey, this is sport, anything can happen on any given night.
01:18You know, like I said, it'd be nice for us to go in there and punch first and get that
01:22first one, create a one goal hockey game, and like I said, if we play our best and eliminate
01:29some of our mistakes that we had tonight, you know, there's no reason why we can't be
01:34in a game next week.
01:35Obviously, ideally, you would have taken some kind of a lead into Berlin, but presumably
01:42the way that your team is built, the way that it's performed generally, particularly on
01:47sort of 12 months or so, you would back them to sort of overcome any situation?
01:52Yeah, well, I mean, like I said, you're down 0-2 for 60 minutes here and a lot can happen
01:59over that stretch of time.
02:01I think we've got an extremely high character group in that room and they overcame some
02:10pretty crazy obstacles, you know, and like you said, I don't doubt that we're capable,
02:16100% capable of turning that game next week.
02:19You know, will it be easy?
02:20No.
02:21Am I saying we're going to do that?
02:22No.
02:23But, you know, there's, you know, the opportunity's there for us.
02:26How was the room?
02:27Down?
02:28It's going to be down a little bit, absolutely.
02:30You know, these guys, nobody likes to lose.
02:32This is a pretty important moment.
02:36We've had an awesome run in this competition, but nobody's just going to lay down and give
02:42up, you know, in that dressing room.
02:45That's how you know guys care.
02:47If they were in there laughing and joking, you'd question what type of room you got,
02:52you know, but the guys are pissed off and the guys want to win, you know, and we know
02:57that nothing's given in this business, but for us to be sitting in this spot, you look
03:03at some of the results from other games, you know, they're 5-0.
03:07There's some teams that are down five goals right now and, you know, we're only down
03:11two and have a shot here.
