Staurt Clark says the ICC has been been historically weak when it comes to India who are refusing to travel to Pakistan for next years Champions Trophy.

00:21get what they need, and whether the ICC will give in to that or not, that's an interesting
00:26question, because traditionally the ICC have been a bit weak when it comes to saying no
00:31to India, but I hope they stand up and say no, no, it's being played in Pakistan for
00:36whatever reason they chose for it to be in Pakistan, and then if you don't go, well then
00:42you can't partake in the tournament.
00:43I dare say TV rights and numbers may change that decision, but it is what it is.
