00:00Just in time for the expected Christmas rush, the opening of five new stations of the LRT Line 1 Cavite Extension is nearing.

00:07Exclusive views of the test run, the new rails, and facilities in the first news of Joseph Morong.

00:20As the easternmost station of the LRT Line 1, there are no passengers allowed in the Baclaran Station.

00:27But before this month ends, the journey to the five new stations in Paranaque is still in progress.

00:33This is Phase 1 of the LRT Line 1 Cavite Extension, so some commuters are excited.

00:38We're close to the station, so the travel time in the jeep is less.

00:43It's cheaper, and it's not a hassle to travel.

00:46It's not a traffic jam.

00:48The LRT 1 Extension has already run a test run of the rails.

00:52Most of the trains used are 4th generation train sets.

00:57This station in Baclaran Station is the Redemptoris Asiana Station.

01:02It's close to the Office of the Department of Foreign Affairs,

01:05where the Baclaran Church applies for a passport and is almost right in front of it.

01:09The LRMC is just finishing touches here.

01:13There are elevators, escalators, and a separate section for persons with disabilities to ride on the platform.

01:20Tickets for the trains are also being prepared.

01:23The final fare for the LRT Line 1, along with the LRT Line 1 Cavite Extension,

01:29from Fernandopo Junior Station in Quezon City to Dr. Santos Station in Paranaque, is P45.

01:36But if you travel from here to Redemptoris, to Dr. Santos,

01:41your fare will be P20.

01:44No one expected the fare to be raised.

01:47If you travel from Fernandopo Junior to Baclaran,

01:52it's still the same, right? It's P35.

01:54Next to the Redemptoris Station is the MIA Station, which is close to the IA Terminal 2.

01:59After that is the PTEX Station,

02:01where the Metro Manila trains from other provinces go down or ride.

02:07If you are from Quezon City or Manila and you need to go to PTEX,

02:12you can use the LRT Line 1 Cavite Extension,

02:16and there is a station right here in PTEX Bababa.

02:20If you go to PTEX Bababa, there is a PTEX Station,

02:22and there is a direct connection to PTEX.

02:28Next to the PTEX Station is the Ninoy Aquino Station going to Paranaque.

02:33Dr. Santos Station in Paranaque is at the end of the line.

02:37The LRT Line 1 Cavite Extension, which can accommodate 80,000 passengers,

02:49Next to the LRT Line 1 Cavite Extension,

02:51there is another station in Las Piñas and two in Cavite
