00:05created here and all the thought that's gone into it which is absolutely brilliant. I hope it's
00:10a really good addition to Fairham, I hope it's a really good addition to the local area
00:14and that you use it well. There appears to be some thriving companies here which is fantastic
00:20with lots of brilliant ideas of what you can now do with the space and I'm guessing,
00:24as usually happens with these things, is that now that you've got these brand new facilities
00:30and it's so much better than what was here before, the standard of production will go up.
00:35Everybody will lift their game because you're just, you come into it and you feel inspired.
00:40Whether you're on the technical side or whether you're on the performing side, it doesn't matter.
00:45A space like this tends to lift everybody's ambitions and thoughts and their whole game.
00:50So I wish you all the very best luck with that and I'm delighted that actually, given the other
00:55things that we've done here, is that you can use this space throughout the whole day.
01:00The reason I'm here is purely and simply to try and unveil this plaque
01:07which I will try and make it look as slick and as professional as possible and I'm very
01:13conscious that I'm standing in front of a lot of very good actors around here
01:17so the challenge is on, okay. Now, the one thing I do have to warn you at this stage
01:23is that the unveiling of a plaque is not necessarily the most exciting thing that's
01:29happened in your lives. So in the great tradition of theatre, I now need you to pretend.
01:38I need you to pretend that this really is the most exciting thing that has happened.
01:43Okay, very good, excellent. And of course, it also means that when I do this that
01:50it will mean that this building is open. So anything that happened before today
01:56is a figment of all your expectations which may be a little bit of disappointment.
