00:00It seems to be, all through his reign as manager at Walsall now, Matt Sadler seems to have
00:08kind of been making little shoots of improvement throughout as he's moved on, but it seems
00:13like his in-game management and his ability to change things up with his substitutions
00:18is another thing that's been really key to Walsall.
00:21Definitely, and I think we've seen examples of that. Last night was just one example,
00:28and I talked about the role that Albert Adoma and George Hall played in the goal, the equaliser
00:34against Crewe, against Grimsby, George Hall set up Danny Johnson to score, so all these
00:40names that I'm reeling off, these are the type of options that he has at his disposal
00:43when he's looking to change games, and although it's all about the timing of those substitutions
00:49and I feel like Matt Sadler's really getting that right at the moment to have those type
00:53of options.
00:54You know, just talking about George Hall, I know he's had his injury issues and hopefully
00:58we'll talk a little bit more about him in a minute, but he can get his career back on
01:01track at Walsall, but you've got a player there who's got tons of experience in the
01:05Championship already for one that's just 20 years old. You've got Danny Johnson, who we
01:12all know is capable of scoring goals. Albert Adoma, with the career that he's had, you're
01:18looking over to your bench, Jack Earing has been coming off the bench a lot this season
01:24with Laken being preferred to him for the majority of the games. The options are endless.
01:32When you're looking to change games and looking over your shoulder, the options are absolutely
01:37fantastic at the moment.
