00:00I'm Nicole Taylor, this is my son George and he weighed 11 pound 7.
00:06During the pregnancy I was told that George was going to be big.
00:11At 39 weeks he was scanned and they said he was going to be 9 pound 2.
00:16But then we were really shocked when he was born he was 11 pound 7.
00:20They couldn't wait to get him on the scales.
00:23They were all saying oh my gosh he's massive.
00:26We were really shocked and they couldn't wait basically.
00:30We actually thought there might be something wrong which was really frightening.
00:34But then obviously they did all the tests and everything was fine so we were so happy.
00:39So since he's been home we've had lots of visitors and they have struggled to hold him.
00:44We've had to put pillows under their arms and prop him up.
00:47And then people have also said oh can you take him now because my arm's aching.
00:51I pass him to my husband quite often Tommy because he does get heavy.
00:55But I think Tommy likes him being heavy as well because he's into the gym and he does a few benching presses with him.
01:02He's closed now at zero to three months.
01:05He doesn't fit in 20 of his newborn things that we bought him and we had to take quite a lot back to Next.
01:11So there was rumours going around the hospital I don't know whether it's a true fact.
01:15But it was the biggest baby to be born at the LGI in five years.
01:20So we were really proud because there was loads of medical people coming to see him.
01:24And he did look really big against all the other newborn babies.
01:27And he's just so lovely. He's settled into the family lovely.
01:31And we all love him and he makes us really proud.
