00:30run not eating to like 16 17 hours a day never a breakfast much I wasn't a lunch
00:36guy really his main deal was dinner but now you gotta think about it is back
00:41then so it's gonna be up to the chefs to understand and also kind of manipulate
00:46I'll use that word to try to get him to eat more healthy along with his staff
00:49his doctors and whatnot it's gonna be a wow wow wow wow win of things going on
00:55especially from the first time this is the second time go around so it's much
00:59more energized he's much more and tame because he lost the second time and now
01:03he's back in office so now he's just gonna go want to go and go and go and go
01:06one of the things he has to remember is that he needs his omegas he needs his
01:09fish he's needs fatty acids you know he needs all these fatty foods they needs
01:13from the avocados the berries the fruits all those things that he never ate
01:16before they're gonna learn how to try to incorporate them into the diet and try
01:21to get him to understand that these are things that not only for him for his use
01:25but also to help him go for brain food energy food potassium calcium is you
01:30know a simple complex carbohydrates quinoa amaranth all those things that
01:35not on the bucket list are now gonna be on the bucket list for them so they got
01:40to understand how to incorporate that and get him to understand that of course
01:43everybody has their favorites and don't deviate from that a lot but at the same
01:47time you can add in things that kind of like push it up you know I'll be honest
01:52with you everybody knows his favorites it's been as difficult as cuz this it's
01:57American food is food that and comfort also I like my burgers I like my simple
02:03things it's the president of United States they can eat anything they want
02:06in the world and everybody's trying to impress them I mean and you try to
02:09impress them especially as chefs with creams and butters and all these fatty
02:13things nothing about age or dietary restriction or health or anything like
02:17that so everybody wants to put everything in his body and say hey hey
02:21although he I mean the best food in the absolute world and he loved it it's only
02:26so much time you can love something that healthy or that fatty or that elegant or
02:32whatever and so sometimes you just want to go down you want to have a nice
02:35peanut butter sandwich or in his case you want to have a great you know
02:39American burger with cheese or without cheese or something that's gonna be
02:42simple that's gonna remind him of his comfort you know whether it be from his
02:46childhood or just everyday life or it's something that he can just kind of
02:49relate to and not go off the bucket whether it be a nice salmon which he
02:53loves a steak burgers things like that
