On November 3, 2024, around 1:30 AM, Justin was sitting at his computer when he heard a loud clattering noise and strong winds outside his window.
"As I turned to look, the intensity of the sounds escalated quickly, and then my phone alarm went off," Justin shared with WooGlobe. "Just as I picked it up, my window shattered, and I was overwhelmed by the sounds of wood splintering, things collapsing, and debris being torn apart."
Despite the chaos of the tornado, Justin managed to make his way to what he hoped would be a safe area.
"The entire event lasted only about 15 to 30 seconds," he added. "We gathered a few essential items and realized we needed to evacuate because of a gas smell. We grabbed some blankets, put on shoes, and headed outside. That’s when I took this video."
