00:30a joint work meeting was held in the Economic, Social and Environmental Council
00:35with the coordinator of the Emergency Committee,
00:37the Minister of Environment in the Government of Employment, Dr. Nasser Yassin,
00:41and the Minister of Health in the Government of Employment, Dr. Firas Al-Abyad.
00:45The national emergency plan was presented,
00:48in addition to the emergency plans for the vital sectors.
00:51The economic clash will have great effects if we do not plan for it from now,
00:57if we do not, as Mr. Al-Shal said,
01:00plan for the recovery of poverty and negative income from now,
01:03and the management of this stage will not be easy,
01:08but there will be great challenges.
01:10There may be economic implications for everyone,
01:14as happened in the past when the previous governments took steps

01:20and the open support that reached tens of billions,
01:25and also the management of public money,
01:28and the way to rebuild buildings,
01:30which will be based on healthy and healthy stories.
01:32We, on the one hand, our hospitals are being attacked,
01:36we have closed hospitals,
01:39and there are hospitals that are working with a very low capacity,
01:42and unfortunately we are also seeing attacks on ambulances and others,
01:47and all of this diminishes our ability to react to what is happening.
01:51The main thing today is to be able to create more centers,
01:54and this is the challenge.
01:56There are projects such as the city of Riyadh,
01:59or other big centers like it.
02:01This is what we are working on.
02:02First, to secure the place, the place that is suitable for them,
02:05which has all the stories that are required for them,
02:08for the resources of a dignified life,
02:10and at the same time convince them that they must go.
02:13We must do our best to get out of the remedial crisis,
02:18and to ask for grants from the countries that are helping us.
02:25As I said, we are receiving only 15% of the meals,
02:31while there are more than a million and a half displaced people in Lebanon.
02:37We are currently facing an existential crisis for Lebanon,
02:40from all social, health and economic aspects,
02:43which are the main drivers for all sectors.
02:46Therefore, today, if we do not make quick solutions
02:49in the political situation to stop the aggression against Lebanon,
02:52we may end up in a worse situation.
02:55All participants emphasized the need to continue the planning
02:58for what, after the crisis,
03:00we are sure will not stop at this stage,
03:03but to start planning for how the crisis will immediately end.
