00:00We see within the make-up of the Cabinet some changes in portfolio responsibilities,
00:06welcoming three new members to the team and a balance of responsibilities across
00:14the totality of our state and local government responsibilities. Putting together the Cabinet
00:22each time is a difficult and complex process to ensure that workloads are
00:29appropriately balanced across the team and that there is continuity in particular areas of policy
00:36or program delivery and of course each new parliamentary term provides an opportunity for
00:43new policy initiatives and new priorities to emerge and this team and this structure
00:51reflects those changes as well as important points of continuity in the delivery
00:57of our priorities. Through the changes that I've announced today we create an economics team,
01:06Chris Steele and Rachel Stephen-Smith, who will work with the Deputy Chief Minister
01:11Yvette Berry and myself as part of the Government's Expenditure Review Committee
01:16and will be the team that will put together the budget each year.
01:21We'll also be a priority on infrastructure delivery.
01:26We have a big infrastructure program that sits across many different areas of government.
