00:00A man was arrested for two incidents of motorcycle theft in Rizal. The suspect denied the charges. EJ Gomez has the first news.

00:18The 25-year-old man was jailed for the theft of a motorcycle in Tanay Rizal.

00:27The suspect, known as Jas, was arrested in Barangay Tandang Kutio at 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

00:34According to the police, the victim learned at 3 p.m. that his motorcycle was missing after he parked it outside his workplace.

00:43He immediately notified his father.

00:46While he was walking in Tanay, he saw that someone was using his motorcycle.

00:55He wondered why his son wasn't using it.

01:00He ran after him.

01:02He chased him because of the traffic.

01:05The police were patrolling the area.

01:09The suspect was arrested.

01:13In defense of the suspect, he did not steal the motorcycle, but borrowed it from his friend.

01:19I borrowed the motorcycle from my friend.

01:24I went to Baras.

01:27When I arrived here in Tanay, I saw that someone was stealing my motorcycle.

01:33He was the owner of the motorcycle.

01:36According to the investigation, the man is one of the two suspects involved in the incident of motorcycle theft in Tanay Rizal on October 31.

01:45The suspect was arrested less than a week ago.

01:52But the suspect involved in Tanay was able to escape.

01:55Jas denied the charges.

02:01I was not with him that day when he was arrested.

02:07But according to his boyfriend, Alias Arn, he was 19 years old when he was first arrested by the police.
