00:00The seven officials of the Office of the Vice President are in the Immigration Lookout Bulletin

00:44I would like to reiterate that this ILBO is not a restriction to their travel or their right to travel

00:49but merely a monitoring mechanism by which we can see if they left the country or entered the country.

00:56But DOJ clarified that

00:58it does not, by any stretch of the imagination, force them to attend a particular hearing,

01:04whether it be in the Congress, Senate or in court.

01:07The Chief of Staff of Vice President Sara Duterte, Zulika Lopez, is also in the Lookout Order.

01:14She was expected to face a hearing, but she flew to America on the eve of yesterday's committee hearing.

01:20According to Committee Chair Joel Chua,

01:23it seems that the OVP officials are being stopped from facing an investigation

01:28regarding the spending of the OVP's Confidential and Intelligence Fund.

01:33They are asking if VP Sara is the one who signed the Travel Authority of her Chief of Staff.

01:39This is also the view of other congressmen.

01:42I have bad faith in the reasons.

01:45First, they were invited several times.

01:49Second, I can see that there is bad faith because she left the country the night before the scheduled hearing.
