00:16Barangay Capitolio in Pasig City was caught on CCTV
00:20when an old all-utility vehicle or AUV spilled oil on the road.
00:26Maybe because their vehicle was not secured,
00:32they didn't know that it was going to be thrown away.
00:34A few moments later,
00:35a motorcycle with a large number of passengers passed through the spilled oil and slipped.
00:42The people in the area immediately helped them
00:46and helped the person next to them.
00:49They were called by the barangay ambulance
00:51but it didn't help.
00:54Then, the person got on the motorcycle again and left.
00:57Luckily, the rider was not injured.
01:01It was just a minor injury to the rider and his vehicle.
