00:32The YouTuber has faced allegations of faked videos, rigged giveaways, and reports of mistreating

00:45to one of the ongoing controversies, and some people have even shared the screenshots and
00:50made false claims about its origins.
00:52As it turns out, Mr. Beast's mugshot was taken all the way back in 2018, but every once in
00:57a while, it recirculates online.
00:59When he was 19 years old, Mr. Beast was arrested for street racing.

01:19In a press release posted to Facebook in January 2018, the Tarborough Police Department explained
01:25that Mr. Beast had been caught driving at 122 mph in a 70 mph zone while racing another
01:32driver named Luis Guerrero Rijo.
01:35Mr. Beast was arrested and held on a $100,000 bond for reckless driving and racing.
01:41Rijo ended up being held on an even higher bond because his passenger had an open container
01:46of alcohol in the car and multiple outstanding arrest warrants.
01:50Some fans think that Mr. Beast's arrest might share a tenuous connection with his YouTube
01:54career.
01:55Some theorizing that he'd been driving the BMW i8 shown off in a now-deleted video from

03:01While former Mr. Beast employees and YouTubers like Rosanno Pansino have been digging into
03:05Mr. Beast's scandals,

03:12Mr. Beast himself hired third-party investigators to look into his company back in July.
03:17On November 1st, Mr. Beast revealed the results of that investigation.
03:21The firm that looked into his company concluded all the allegations of sexual misconduct and
03:26widespread harassment at the company were unfounded.
03:30But the investigators also wrote in their summary that, quote,
03:33"...several isolated incidents of workplace harassment and misconduct were identified
03:37during the investigation."
03:39The investigators made multiple recommendations, like changing how Mr. Beast trains his employees
03:45and developing new company policies.
03:47Yet Mr. Beast hasn't yet publicly laid out what exact changes he plans to implement.
03:52If the resurfacing of this mugshot proves anything, it's that people are going to be
03:56holding Mr. Beast and his company under a microscope for quite some time.
