00:25Yesterday, Senate President Chief Escudero said that the Senate will not ask to certify the transcript of the hearing as long as there is a reason.

00:33But de la Rosa has a point here, that the PNP chief was the first to carry out the war on drugs of the Duterte administration.

00:56Yet de la Rosa, Malacanang's position is clear, that the Philippines does not recognize the jurisdiction of the ICC.

01:04That's why if someone asks for a certified true copy of the transcript, the Senate President should first ask who is asking and for what.
