After a failed album and his biggest hit losing popularity, old-school rock star John Allman (Harry Connick Jr.) decides to take a break from his career to find his inspiration. He moves to a secluded house on the paradisiacal island of Cyprus, but his dream of a low-key life goes out the window as he is constantly being sought out by desperate souls and must also face the reunion with an old flame.
