00:00A woman was found dead in the streets of Mangga in Butuan City.

00:06According to the neighbor who witnessed the accident,

00:09while the victim was sitting on a branch of a tree,

00:11her ankle was tied to a rope.

00:14The authorities used a boom truck to bring the woman's body down.

00:18The victim, who was dead on arrival in the hospital,

00:23was in a state of amnesia and was in various parts of her body.

00:27The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council
