00:00Don't get me wrong, if Harry was here, I'd be a very, very happy manager, so we'd find
00:06a way to fit him in, mate.
00:09But you're right, part of that is, you know, with him leaving, is that opportunity for
00:14people to grow.
00:15And we're still in that phase, I really believe, I think there's more that the guys have in
00:19them that, I keep saying, I think they've got a really high ceiling, and some of them
00:22are still just trying to stick their head up a little bit more every time, but then,
00:26you know, you have a performance like Palace and you feel like, are they going to cower
00:32again, or just stand up even further, knowing that, OK, we've had a disappointing one.
00:37But you need to go through those experiences, but I definitely see that growth in a lot
00:43of the players, and like I said, that's why I think they've got a really high ceiling,
00:45once I can cajole them, convince them to just keep going, don't be afraid, don't fear stumbling,
00:53failure, criticism, scrutiny, just keep going.
00:55I think there is that opportunity for us, and it's the only way we'll become the team
00:59we want to be, because I certainly don't think we will by, you know, bringing in another
01:04Harry, I just don't think those kind of players exist, or they're rare anyway, so for us it's
01:10going to have to be a real collective effort to get to where we want to.
