00:00Do you think that Kurt Cignetti with what he's done at James Madison and at Indiana
00:10would just start basically 16 and 0 in both places?
00:16Is he going to stay at Indiana or is he going to leave and go to a big time superpower?
00:22Because a lot of people think he's going to bolt.
00:26And I don't think so.
00:27I think he's going to stick.
00:29And I'll tell you why.
00:30He's 63 years old.
00:32And I think that what Kurt Cignetti craves is available for him at Indiana.
00:36Number one, Indiana has deep pockets and they're going to be able to pay him whatever he needs
00:40to be paid in order to keep him.
00:43But secondarily to us and primarily I think to him is legacy.
00:48Like if he went down to Bama, if they booted Caelan DeBoer and he went to Bama, he is always
00:54going to be in the shadow of Nick Saban and Bear Bryant.
00:58At Indiana, there's no legacy person.
01:00I mean, God bless Bill Mallory, who's a wonderful coach, but you don't build a statue to Bill
01:04Mallory.
01:06Kurt Cignetti is the kind of guy he could wind up.
01:10That could be Kurt Cignetti's stadium.
01:12You know, that legacy position is open for him.
01:15And I think that's what he craves.
01:17Bill Mallory was there when I was there and he did a hell of a job at Indiana.
01:21They have never been good.
01:23Basically 1967, they're only Rose Bowl.
01:26So to see what happened with Corso last week was pretty cool.
01:30To see him win was cool.
01:32To see him playing in Nebraska on Fox at noon was as the big game of the day was cool.
01:38And now that, you know, I just want him to win these two games so that they have a shot
01:43to go to Columbus at 10-0 would be unbelievable.
01:47And we'll see what Ohio State does against Penn State tomorrow.
