00:00I'm excited but at the same time very cautious because we've been down this road before
00:06and yeah I don't want to get too carried away. I also hope he does stick to his
00:10his roots a little bit because Ten Hard came in and sort of abandoned his
00:14tactical principles so yeah and I hope he can bring a bit more sort of
00:20personality and motivation to the players as well. I've done some research on him and he seems very
00:25excited manager, very young 39 I believe he is and I am looking forward to him coming in if he
00:30does obviously and I think he'll you know put some fight in the team. Just hit and hope keep
00:37going with these managers that have good records in foreign countries but realistically we want
00:42someone who's won trophies and done good things but we've got to deal with what we've got. I don't
00:46know anything different that he would bring to be honest in terms of results because I always
00:53thought that it was the players and not Ten Hard because it happened under Oli as well. Well it's
01:00debatable but I think as good a tactician as Eric Ten Hard was communicating probably wasn't his
01:06strength. I think Ameren is meant to be like a really powerful communicator with his players
01:12and getting everyone to sing from the same hymn sheet. I think what he brings except Ten Hard is
01:17he brings the project because Eric Ten Hard wasn't Ineos' man but with Ruben Ameren coming in
01:26he is Ineos' man and they'll back him to the very end so I think he'll bring more of a fight and a
01:30project to the team. I think it's probably the best of what we could have found but I think
01:36it's just as much a risk as Ten Hard was and there's no saying that it's going to
01:40work out any different in the long run. Might be in the same position in three years time.
