Umabot hanggang Signal No.5 ang babala sa ilang bahagi ng Batanes kagabi, ang pinakamataas sa Pilipinas na nagdadala ng hanging kayang bumunot ng mga puno. Bagama’t humupa na ‘yan, may Signal No.2 pa rin sa bayan ng Itbayat.

00:06the highest point in the Philippines where the wind is able to lift the trees.

00:45The storm was so strong that the residents were afraid of the storm.

01:15The storm cut the trees and debris from the roads of Basco.

01:28Even though there is still rain, the authorities helped to remove the debris.

01:47According to DSWD, there are 2,000 family food packs available in Batanes.
