00:03the possibility of a possible storm surge or deluge is once again in doubt.

00:07Some coastal areas of Batanes and Cagayan are affected.

00:11The water level could reach 3 meters above sea level.

00:14It is flooding the Dalam Pasigan.

00:16This means that it could be the first flood of a household.

00:21Dear viewers, please stay away from the Dalam Pasigan.

00:25Cancel all activities in the sea.

00:27And know the latest updates on the weather.

00:30According to the Office of Civil Defense,

00:32as the storm approaches the Dalam Pasigan,

00:34the strong wind and low atmospheric pressure of the storm

00:38will push the water out of the sea.

00:41This will cause widespread flooding in the low-lying areas of the Dalam Pasigan.

00:46It is still risky and dangerous for all sea vehicles

00:49to cross the coastal areas of Batanes,

00:52Ilocos Provinces, Cagayan, along with the Babuyan Islands,

00:56Isabela, and Aurora.

00:59Based on the 8 a.m. bulletin of Pag-asa,

01:02the wind signal No. 5 was released.

01:04The wind signal No. 4 in Batanes is now high.

01:08Signal No. 3 in the northern portion of Babuyan Islands.

01:11Signal No. 2 in the low-lying areas of Babuyan Islands,

01:15northern portion of mainland Cagayan,

01:17northern portion of Apayao,

01:19and northern portion of Ilocos Norte.

01:22The wind signal No. 1 was raised in the low-lying areas of Cagayan,

01:26whole of Isabela,

01:27low-lying areas of Apayao,

01:29whole of Abra,

01:30Calinga,

01:31Mountain Province,

01:32Ifugao,

01:33northern portion of Benguet,

01:35low-lying areas of Ilocos Norte,

01:37and whole of Ilocos Sur.

01:48Superbagong Leon was able to see

01:5011 or 110 kilometers north-northeast of Itbayat, Batanes.

02:03Later tonight or early tomorrow,

02:05it is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
