Bailey spends months doing up his family garden each year for Halloween - each year filling it with creepier and more terrifying animatronics!
Although his mum started the tradition, the youngster took it on as his annual challenge and also gives out goody bags to all the children who come to the door.
It's all to raise funds for Brian House children's hospice, and this year even led to a special surprise when a big store donated a load of decorations for Bailey to take to the charity.

00:00How long have you been doing the Halloween house?
00:03About five, well as long as I can remember.
00:06But then we've been doing the Brian house, raising for charity for five years.
00:10Yeah, it's been quite successful.
00:13I've had a few people cry, a lot of people have said wow and shocked and they just like it.
00:19I like the nine foot inflatable light up ghost that's in the corner.
00:24I like him, I think he's quite cool.
00:27He's really scary but I think he's quite cool.
00:30We went to Merrihill shopping centre just on the outskirts of Birmingham
00:35and we got a few new bits from there like a popcorn machine that has a scary head inside
00:42and various other items.
00:45We got a lot of bags of things for Brian house and they decorated the inside of there
00:52with all the stuff that was donated from Merrihill.
00:55It was a marvellous job, an absolutely marvellous job in raising funds for Brian house.
01:00The Brian house is a children's hospice.
01:02It's for children from birth to 19 years of age.
01:06We offer respite care and end of life care to children with life limiting or end of life conditions.
01:15We have a sensory corridor up our corridor which is full of lights and tactile sensory
01:22so they can touch them, play with them.
01:24We have computers for the children that like to go on the computers.
01:28We even have a big touch screen computer that they can use.
01:32We have our sensory room which children and adults absolutely love.
01:37We have the craft room which we're actually sat in now and there's all sorts of activities going on in here.
01:43As you can see we're set up for Halloween so we do follow themes throughout the year.
01:48We have the ball pool and a cinema room so we can make that into a big screen.
01:53So if we've got the teenagers in we can have a cinema night which we quite often do.
01:58When the children come to Brian house they're looked after by a team of nurses
02:02that are able to look after them, professional nurses and healthcare assistants.
02:08So they get the care that they need to get through their day and the activities,
02:14it's stimulating them, it gives them stimulation.
02:19In a different environment I think it's giving them social awareness as well.
02:25We do take the children out on trips so they have that social awareness
02:30that there are things that they can do outside which they might not be able to do with their parents
02:37and we're able to give them that.
02:40I give them a break as well, from school, from home, give them something different.
02:46For us that work in Brian house we all know how much money is needed to keep Brian house open
02:53and if it wasn't for children and young people like Bailey that would have a massive impact on Brian house,
03:01provision of end of life care and respite care.
03:05So it's very much needed that people like Bailey carry on raising funds
03:11but also raising awareness that Brian house is here and that people know about Brian house
03:17and that they understand what we do and how fundamental the raising of funds is to Brian house.
03:24You can see how much it impacts them when you go and you can see how much it helps
03:31and what the money goes towards.
03:33They take them out different places.
03:35They went to the Sea Life Centre and the zoo and things.
03:38They do take them out a lot and obviously the money will go towards the trips.
03:43I know one year the money went towards 80 pairs of pyjamas that they bought for the children for Christmas.
03:52That must make you feel really good.
03:54Yeah, I'm able to help them.
04:01I'm able to help them.
