00:00We hope that the chance of a super typhoon, the Liyun typhoon, will remain.

00:12According to the forecast, it may happen if the typhoon is the closest to Batanes.

00:17The possibility of a landfall is still there in Las Abinoc, Bincha, tomorrow morning or in the afternoon.

00:23Because of that, the Tropical Wind Signal No. 3 is high in Batanes and the eastern portion of Baboyan Islands.

00:29Meanwhile, the Tropical Wind Signal No. 2 is high in the eastern part of Baboyan, Bung Mayland, Cagayan,

00:34northern and eastern portion of Isabela, Apayao, Calinga, northern and eastern portion of Abra,

00:39eastern portion of Mountain Province, and Ilocos Norte.

00:42The areas under the Tropical Wind Signal No. 3 and No. 2 are ready for heavy rain and wind.

00:49The Tropical Wind Signal No. 1 is high in the eastern part of Isabela, Buong Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya,

00:55some parts of Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet, Buong Abra, Ilocos Sur, La Union, and Pangasinan,

01:01including Nueva Ecija, Aurora, northeastern portion of Tarlac, northern portion of Bulacan,

01:07northern portion of Quezon Province, including Polilio Islands, Camarines Norte,

01:11northern portion of Camarines Sur, and northern and eastern portion of Catanduanes.

01:16The heavy rain is expected to fall in the next few hours.

01:22The rainfall advisory in some parts of Occidental Mindoro, Antique, Aklan, Iloilo, Jimaras, Negos Occidental, and Palawan is high.

01:31The forecast says it will last until 8 o'clock this morning.

01:35The eyes of the typhoon Leyon were able to see 395 kilometers away east of Calayan, Cagayan.
