Suk-bul goes to Manchuria to find his father's foe. He marries the daughter of Hwa Sam-yu, his father's friend. Ho challenges Sam-yu to a fight. Knowing of Ho's frightful fighting skills, Sam-yu leaves with Suk-bul to train. Meanwhile, opium smuggling is rampant at the Dangrang Training Hall. Master Keum Mu-chon knows of this. He wants to wipe out Ho through Sam-yu and Suk-bul. But Ho ends up defeating Mu-chon and Sam-yu instead. He also kidnaps Bo-young and Bo-ran, Mu-chon's two daughters. In order to save them, Sam-yu helps. Even though he's fought Ho in the past, Sam-yu now knows that Ho is the son he lost over 20 years ago. General Bong-pa of the Dang-rang Hall poisons Ho knowing that he is Sam-yu's son. Enraged, Sam-yu goes with Suk-bul to get even.
