00:00Since we're in October, it's the month of breast cancer awareness,

00:03and it's called the Bambi month or the month of breast cancer awareness.

00:07Now I'm going to talk about who are the most likely to get breast cancer.

00:11First of all, I, as a woman, might be more likely than any man to get breast cancer.

00:17Because every 100 men get breast cancer, but every 199 women get breast cancer.

00:23The idea here is that I can avoid this by first checking if I have any history in the family

00:28or genes in the family.

00:30Many people in the family, my mother, my aunt, my grandmother,

00:32some of them have had breast cancer before.

00:34This makes me vulnerable to others.

00:36Second, I have to do something called an early detection,

00:39or I do the self-detection, which is in front of the mirror.

00:43I take off my clothes and put my arm up,

00:45and I start to see if I have any blisters on my breast

00:48or if I have any bruises.

00:50The color of the skin has changed.

00:52I might have a pain or a blister under my arm.

00:55I might have a redness, or even bruises from the dream,

00:57or even its place has changed, or its color has changed.

01:00I might also have blisters under my tummy,

01:02or anything I mentioned before.
