00:32percent according to a poll by the Central Election Commission.
00:37That is about 5 percent higher than the previous 2020 elections but lower than the landmark
00:42election in 2012 that brought the Georgian Dream to power.
00:50For the first time, polling stations were equipped with an electronic scanner at the
00:54ballot box, resulting in some technical problems with the equipment.
00:58Preliminary results are expected to be available tonight shortly after polls close, and the
01:04CEC plans to announce the final results on Sunday morning.
