01:14Of course we are looking for someone who have an entrepreneur mindset and of course have a young energy and innovation mind and of course we are looking for young blood as we are looking at especially for us as a financial industry, things are changing very fast so we need someone who will be a fresh mind, fresh idea to add on to what we have experienced in the team.
01:38First and foremost, when you are looking for a job, you need to sell yourself. You need to market yourself. So that is where we assess your ability to communicate. So definitely communication, command of English, command of Bahasa is very very essential for any selection of criteria if it is for Malaysian market.
01:58So one of the spectrum that we look at is on the graduates who are planning to get into the workforce and normally they get into the workforce in two levels. So one is internship. So that is where our core focus is, internship. So when they get into internship and how we actually connect them to organizations which are looking for talent as a pipeline. So we see internship as their main pipeline.
