The final make-up of the eleventh ACT legislative assembly is now known, after the last seats in Brindabella was called for the greens. A narrow win for incumbent Laura Nattall, means the greens now have four seats, placing them in a better position to negotiate with Labor on forming a possible coalition.

00:05It was a bit of a somber night on Saturday.
00:09But almost one long political week later, their numbers and their vibes are much improved.

00:19Greens lost political territory to a brace of independents who will now sit on the crossbench.

01:34On Friday, Ms Nuttall's lead over James Daniels was a few hundred votes, leaving the Liberals

01:40The result means Mick Gentleman failed to be re-elected after ten years in the ministry
01:45and 16 in the assembly overall.
