00:23Provincial authorities say at least 14 more were killed in Batangas beyond Talisay, with 10 others missing and three injured.
00:31The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council reported separately Friday morning that Christine killed at least 13 people.
00:38Christine affected 2.6 million people across 15 regions or 59 provinces, from Ilocos Norte all the way to the Bangsamoro region.
