00:21Dear viewers, the province of Ilocos Norte is still at signal number 2
00:25Although the province did not directly feel the impact of Hurricane Christine,
00:30local officials and residents living in low-lying areas or barangays were quick to evacuate.
00:39According to the latest update from the provincial office of Ilocos Norte,
00:43more than 534 families or 1,607 individuals were affected or evacuated due to Hurricane Christine.
00:53Flooding and small landslides were also reported in some parts of Pagot-Put.
00:57However, it quickly subsided and the road was cleared.
